Returns

If you want to return an item or your entire order, you must process it through this returns formthat DeliMadeinSpain puts at your disposal. The assumptions by which a return can be processed are:
Withdrawal by the client: In the event that the return is unrelated to a defect or error in the product, we accept returns within the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in the same condition as it arrived, with the original packaging. and without being used. In this case, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We will refund the amount using the same method of payment as the order, when we check the merchandise and before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was returned.

Damaged products: In the event that the return or exchange is due to the fact that the product is damaged or broken due to transport, you must notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt, in order to manage the claim with the insurance. We will ask you for photos and we will give you options to solve the incident.

Wrong products: In the event that the return is due to the fact that the product received is not the one requested, a return can be made within the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. However, you have to notify us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the incident and give you options to solve it.

Defective products: In the event of defective products, we will proceed, as appropriate and depending on the conditions of the product, responding directly or through the supplier/technical service/manufacturer, to the repair, replacement or return, procedures that will be free for the customer.
