Albayda dry white (On lees)

TYPE OF WINE: Dry white

VARIETIES: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay.

TYPE OF BOTTLE:Burgundy.

PREPARATION:White on lees for 5 months in stainless steel. Partially fermented in French oak barrels.

ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION: Brilliant straw yellow color with a golden rim.

Medium-high intensity. Aroma of white fruit and flowers, with a marked mineral and herbaceous character with light touches of white spices. On the palate it is citrusy, saline and with an enveloping texture and its final memory is elegant, long, with a certain bitterness in the aftertaste.

TEMPERATURE: It is recommended to serve at about 10ºC
