This spice blend is a pure Tex Mex-style flavor from “BoneDaddies BBQ” in Austin, Texas. It is a super popular flavor in the United States for Tex Mex style food. For meat, barbecue, and any food with a Mexican, Texan, or American style barbecue flavor.

PREPARATION

To prepare chili con carne, use 20-30 grams per large pot and add to your mixed chili half with the meat, and half with the beans in the last 15 minutes of concussion. Also add to your meats and fish before cooking for the true Tex Mex flavor.

Ingredients: Cumin, paprika, oregano, cayenne, smoked paprika, chipotle (3,500 SHU).
