This sauce is one of the best super hot sauces we have ever made. Using Carolina Reapers, Trinidad Moruga Scorpions, AND Bhut Jolokia (ghost) this sauce stings like hell! All roasted with oak firewood, with roasted onion and garlic, organic mango and papaya, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar with a touch of organic virgin salt.

First you notice the sweetness of the mango and papaya, then comes the roasted citrus tones of the chilis and WOW, your throat is on fire! Some people notice it even in their ears. Around 1.3 million on the scoville scale, this sauce is super hot. The hottest made in Spain, and one of the hottest in the world without extract. You dare?
