Soil: Clay loam and sandy loam depending on the plots.
Viticulture:Traditional with small tractors.
Varieties: Merlot 100%
Climate:Continental with not very hot summers of 35ºC maximum and at night
it decreases to 15º C during the ripening period, with rainfall of 400 to 500 l/m².
Altitude: between 1,000 and 1,500 meters.
Harvest: Manual, in September
Elaboration: Fermentation in stainless steel and aging on lees for 80 months
Ageing: On the lees for 8 months
Bottled: Prior clarification and cold stabilization.

citrus and floral and mineral background, Dry in the mouth, extraordinary texture, with a fruit
fresh and without sugar, glyceric character, balance and a smoky and mineral background
Pairing: Pairs very well with fish in sauce, rice dishes, white and grilled meats
without sauces.
