Red Tinajas

TYPE OF WINE. Red Tinaja.

VARIETIES. Tempranillo, Syrah.

BOTTLE TYPE. Burgundy.

PACKAGING. It comes presented in an individual carved wooden box.

ELABORATION. Red wine fermented in stainless steel, aged for 12 months in terracotta jars.

ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION.

Garnet in color with a tawny rim, clean and bright. Aroma of fresh red and black fruits, with a balsamic background and a very marked minerality. On the palate it is meaty, with pronounced acidity and hints of oxidation reminiscent of cocoa, cumin and leather.

TEMPERATURE. It is recommended to serve at 12ºC.

CERTIFICATION. Wine with D.O.P. Quality Wines from Granada.
