Garnata Red (Reserve 2016)

TYPE OF WINE:Crianza red, selection of plots.

VARIETIES:Garnacha from Viñas Viejas, Syrah.

TYPE OF BOTTLE:Burgundy.

PREPARATION: Red wine fermented in wooden vats of 10,000 Hl. with 12 months of aging in French oak barrels. Made with grapes from vineyards over 40 years old planted in goblets in the Deifontes area.

ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION

Deep garnet color with a slightly tarnished rim. Aromas of ripe red and black fruit and balsamic. Mineral character reminiscent of coffee, chocolate, liquorice. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with a long aftertaste, with a touch of liquor and a silky texture.

TEMPERATURE: It is recommended to serve at 15ºC.
