VINIFICATION:
After receiving the grape, the whole grape is pressed to obtain the must. Static cold decantation for 24-48 hours. Controlled fermentation at 14-16°C for 10-15 days. Minimum aging on fine lees for 2 months.
GRAPE VARIETIES:
Azal, Pedernã, Trajadura, Avesso, Loureiro
TASTE NOTES:
Light color, citrine, sparkling. Young and fruity aroma. In flavor it is soft and delicate, fresh and fruity. It is a semi-dry wine.
TIPS FOR STORE AND SERVE:
It is recommended to consume between 6-8ºC. Consume in 12 to 15 months.
PAIRING:
Ideal to accompany fish, shellfish and light snacks.
