Pork Shoulder Without Additives

Serrana Duroc shoulder made by natural processes in the fresh air of the high peaks of the Sierra Nevada in the Alpujarra of Granada. Made in an artisanal and totally natural way, without additives, nitrifiers or preservatives.

Red Wine Prado Negro Crianza

ELABORATION

Red wine fermented in 10,000 hl wooden vats. with 14 months of aging in French oak barrels. Made with grapes from vineyards over 1,200 m. tall.

ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION

Very intense cherry red color, clean and bright. Aroma of ripe red and black fruit, with a marked Andalusian, balsamic, mineral and spicy character. On the palate it is tasty, tannic and powerful, with a slight hint of jam that makes it distinguished and special.

TEMPERATURE

It is recommended to serve at 14ºC
