100% Iberian acorn-fed ham naturally cured for a minimum of 28 months. Enjoy our acorn-fed Iberian ham, the aroma and texture of one of the best hams in the world.

The 100% acorn-fed Iberian Ham Rodona (Black Bridle), comes from pigs raised in the pastures of Extremadura and Salamanca. 100% Iberian pigs fed in freedom based on fresh pastures and acorns,

The curing process takes place in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada (Granada), where the great air currents that come down from the mountain range allow a natural curing process that lasts from 28 to 36 months depending on the characteristics of each piece.

A unique environment that guarantees the highest quality of our acorn-fed Iberico ham, a quality ham where each cut envelops you with an intense and characteristic aroma.

With an elongated and stylized shape, it has a «V» shaped skin profiling, favoring an easier, simpler and safer cut of the piece.

Balanced on the palate, with that slight sweet touch that is only achieved after natural curing, the intense red color of the lean is observed and the contrast of the numerous pearly white infiltrations that cause an unparalleled shine.

The acorn-fed Iberian ham Rodona, represents one of the jewels of our gastronomy, its aroma, texture and unmistakable flavor, allow you to delight in each slice, noticing how the succulent beta melts in the mouth seducing each of your senses from the first cut. .

Each piece is exclusively selected by our ham master, who guarantees the highest quality of the ham, taking into account the client's preferences. Only in this way can we achieve a fully satisfactory experience in the sale of our Iberian hams.

IBERIAN QUALITY STANDARD ACCORDING TO DECREE 1469/2007 AND 04/2014 – All our Iberian ham complies with the aforementioned legislation. Certified hams and endorsed by current regulations.



100% tempranillo. Harvested manually in their own vineyards with limestone soils, located in the Ribera del Duero. It is aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, in addition to a long maturation in the bottle in the cellar itself for optimum integration of the high tannic load provided by the new oak.
Underwater maturation for 9 months at a depth of 24 meters on the Alicante coast of the Mediterranean Sea

Serving recommendations: open 45 minutes before and serve at a temperature between 15 and 17 ºC.

In NOSE: fruity at first, to later emerge notes typical of aging in French oak, smoked, spices, leather, roasted and cocoa.
On the MOUTH: black fruit accompanied by very well integrated and structured wood, without sharp edges, which provides a full-bodied, powerful and very round wine, leaving a pleasant persistence and reminiscence on the palate. Respecting the essence of the wine, which is, and must be, the grape. It augurs great potential for aging and evolution.
